Operations Manager
We’re looking for an Operations Manager to coordinate the care and security of the customer possessions through a process defined cube lifecycle, from pick-up, to drop-off and all steps in between. Our goal, as a team, is to ensure that our customers maximize the value of their homes by allowing them to access the items that they’ve placed in storage. We do so without compromising the care and value that customers place on their items or the security and trust that they place with us. To that end, our operations are one of the most crucial elements to our business. We’re excited to have you own it.
Mission
The mission of the Operations Manager is to provide the highest level of service to our customers. Operations Managers are responsible for ensuring the care and security of all items in Cubiq’s possession and developing best practices for delivering business services.
Outcomes
- Quickly develop an understanding of our customers and their needs for our business.
- Manage service delivery operations, care practices, and security solutions for our customers.
- Identify systems and create processes to optimize and improve Cubiq’s customer service delivery.
- Continuously improve Cubiq’s customer satisfaction scores and on-line reviews.

The mission of the Marketing Manager is to build upon, and execute the strategic marketing interests of Cubiq with the goal of increasing our customer base and driving awareness of our winning value proposition to prospective customers.

Quickly develop an understanding of our customers and their needs for our business. Identify channels and content strategy approaches and apply to the target demographic. Manage existing media and event marketing efforts, infusing new ideas and best practices. Identify and cultivate relationships with partners across multiple verticals.
