Cubiq is the future of personal storage. Our platform was designed around the basic idea of providing convenient and timely access to the items you own. Our basic premise may be Storage Made Simple, but the benefit to you is that you will have more time to do the things that you love and more space to do it.

Cubiq provides durable, securable, commercial grade containers, called cubes.

Cubes are delivered to you (for free). You fill them and We pick them up.
We also provide a convenient way for you to view, organize and request the return of your belongings.

By making storage visually searchable and smartphone accessible, your belongings are always close at hand.

A Cubiq Concierge will bring you cubes on the day of your choosing.

We provide 7 courtesy days to prepare and pack your belongings.

You will be provided with inventory cards so that you can record reminders of what is in each cube.

When you are ready, we will we return to pick up your cubes. Your Concierge will ask for your permission to photograph and enter the inventory information for each cube. We do this so that when you log into your Cubiq account, your items will be easily identifiable and searchable. The images help to refresh your memory about what is in a cube.

Your cubes will then be security-sealed in front of you and your Concierge will transport them back to the warehouse for safe storage.

You will be able to access your account and view, organize or request return of cubes minutes after your Concierge sealed the last cube.

When you are in need of something to be returned, log into your online account, find the image of the cube that you need. The images can be "flipped over" to reveal the inventory list for that cube.

Click on the "Add to Cart" button to start the return request for that cube. The cube will be placed in a "cart" so that you have the opportunity to add more and do a final review before submitting your order.

Cubiq is simple, clean and delivered. Period.

7 days a week from 8 AM to 6 PM.

All of our storage and delivery team members have the title of Concierge. Each is empowered with the ability to take care of your needs and make things right. They are thoroughly screened and verified with background checks and must be licensed with the Registry of Motor Vehicles. Each Concierge goes through comprehensive training so that they know what to do in order to provide the best customer service imaginable. The cornerstones of our relationships with our customers are security, trust, excellent service and ease of use.

Registering for service online is so much easier than driving across town touring a facility and filling out paperwork.

In about a minute, you can have cubes scheduled for delivery.

Cubiq provides for a courtesy week to schedule a pick up after receiving bins. After one week we will identify your account as an "In-Home" user and begin billing based on rate that is 50% of the standard service rate. Keep them for as long as you need. When you are ready, or if your needs change, we are happy to return and transition your account to standard use.

Cubiq also provides for a courtesy week for you to unload your belongings. If you have not scheduled a request to pick up the empty containers we will assess a $1 per day per cube fee for the next 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, the cubes will be paid for and you are welcome to keep them.

You are welcome to schedule additional pickups.
The fee to do so is $10 per cube.

Your personal Storage Concierge can wait up to 20 minutes between a pick up or a drop off, any longer, and it impacts the service that we provide to the next customer. If you need longer, talk to your Concierge and see if arrangements can be made to come back. They are empowered with the ability to say YES! If they can, they will.

A completely closed cube is a happy cube.
The tops must lie perfectly flat so that they can be security sealed and stacked.
Overstuffed cubes can cause a wobbly unsafe stack. A wobbly unsafe stack is bad news to those handling or standing around them.

Your personal storage Concierge will arrive to pick up your cubes. They will ask your permission to open the top and take a photograph of each packed cube. They will also ask your permission to enter the information from an inventory card that was provided with each cube. The Concierge will scan the barcode on the outside of the cube, take the picture and enter in the inventory list. They will repeat this process for each cube that you would like picked up. The pictures and inventory information are then synchronized with your online account. The result is nothing short of storage and delivery on demand. You will have both visual and word search capabilities for everything that you have stored on the Cubiq platform.

Oh yes! This is the best part of using the Cubiq platform. All of your personal storage is "in your pocket".

Cubiq's website is designed to work with your smartphone. Open a web browser and go to www.cubiq.me. From there you can log into your account, view your cubes, request deliveries and request pickups. Some call this responsive design, some call it a web app. We call it smart.
Through www.cubiq.me you can do everything that you need to do in order to initiate, view and request service.

Occasionally, it is easier to split an order into two events and schedule a pick up on two separate days.
After the second pick up, your credit card will be charged $10 for each cube that is picked up.

Cubiq was designed around the idea of delivering things to you.
We are not set up or staffed to allow for on site access. Should you require a cube, please order it online from your account. Should you require an expedited delivery, please send a note to [email protected].

We have designed Cubiq to be easy to use. Most everything you need is a few button clicks away.
Cubes that have been selected for pickup or delivery are placed in a cart for final review. You can remove items either by selecting "Remove from Cart" on the back of the card associated with the item or you can remove the item directly from your cart. This "select" then "confirm" process was designed to minimized accidental submissions.

Should you be in need of cancelling a Submitted order, please send a note to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. The more time that we have to catch an order before it is prepared for delivery, the better. Service fees or return credits associated with the preparation of an order for delivery may still be apply.

There is a one month minimum on all cubes... but when it comes to delivery, you pay only for the days you use. We will prorate storage to reflect the number of days used in the month. With Cubiq, you pay for what you use. Period.

Storage as a service works best when we can optimize our space and processes around standard containers. All of our cubes are barcoded, radio tagged, securable, durable, reusable and have rated carrying capacities. They are free to use and designed to protect your possessions better than cardboard or other consumer options.

To retrieve your items:

Log in to Cubiq.
Click on "My Cubes"
Look for the image of the cube containing the item(s) you need.
Click on "Send me this cube"
Click on "Confirm Order"
Select the date of delivery
Select the address for delivery
Click on "Place Order"
You will receive an email notification to indicate that your request has been received.

Pickups and Deliveries may be scheduled 7 Days a week. Our trucks are on the road from 8:00am-6:00pm.

If you are in need of scheduling a specific time, please follow up with a request to [email protected].

We generally suggest that customers order 4 cubes for each room in your apartment/home. If you think you need few more... order a few extra. If you think you need a lot more... order a bunch.
It is easier to have more than you need than it is to schedule another delivery.

Certainly! Please note that there is a minimum fee of one month per cube. Customer accounts lasting less than 90 days are ineligible for discounts, promotions or coupons.

We aim to provide a great alternative to traditional self storage. Cubiq specializes in Pick-Up, Storage and Delivery. Should you need assistance in packing or if you are interested in changing over from traditional storage to Cubiq, please send a note to [email protected] and we will be happy to make some recommendations of services to assist you.

Deliveries and Pickups a made within 24 hours of a request.
You may schedule deliveries and pickup further in advance using the calendar function during check-out.
If you require something sooner, please contact us directly using the email address [email protected] with the word PRIORITY in the subject line.
Priority deliveries are within the same day and usually within 4 hours.
Priority deliveries will be assessed an expedited service charge but will not exceed $49.

You are welcome to schedule additional pickups.
The fee to do so is $10 per cube.

If you live in a building that has personnel in place to receive deliveries on your behalf, we will leave your order in their care and note the delivery.

If you are unable to be at the delivery location and have not made arrangements for someone to accept delivery on your behalf, your Cubes will be transported back to the warehouse for safe storage.
Additionally, your cube return credits will be decremented relative to the number of cubes on the delivery and you will need to reschedule the order.

Cubes are durable, securable, industrial strength and water resistant. They were invented for supply chain management and are heavily used in automobile manufacturing for part distribution.

The weight limit for a standard cube is 50 pounds. While the cubes can handle a lot of weight, it may be easier for both you and your personal Concierge to distribute heavy items between several cubes.

You may have already read our post where we geeked out on how the cubes are made.
They are incredibly strong, made from the same stuff your kitchen cutting board is made from.
The sides and bottoms are beyond water proof and while the top isn't, we shrink wrap them when they get to the warehouse.
Cubes do not deteriorate over time, are not susceptible to water, humidity, mold or tears.
They can be stacked and secured.
Cubes were designed to protect the things that are placed inside.
We love them and think that you will too.

Try to distribute the weight across several cubes.
(We are talking to you cube full of old college textbooks ! Everyone's got 'em)
Place the heavier items on the bottom of each cube.

Try to create cube categories that group often used items together. This way they can be delivered at the same time.

Should you find that you are unable to fit an item into our standard cube, please send a note to [email protected] with measurements and a description of what you would like stored and we will respond with price and availability.
To make things easy for everyone... we base all of our size and price options on a standard unit of measurement that we call a "cube".

For items that are larger than our standard cube, we will determine how much space it will occupy at our warehouse and provide you a price relative to the equivalent number of cubes. This way we can track storage and delivery credits easily.

Just about anything as long as it is legal, non-perishable and can fit in one of our cubes.
We are unable to receive items that are perishable, hazardous, illegal, flammable, or corrosive.
We do make exceptions for sporting equipment, e.g. skis, bicycles, golf clubs, snowboards and hockey gear.

For our Cubiq | PRO (business and corporate) customers, we will place your File/Bankers Box (15"L x12"W x 10"H) inside a standard cube. (This provides for extra protection and easier handling). We provide the cubes, place your records safely transport them to storage. When you need something back you will have a photographic record of each box to assist you in locating their return.

Absolutely.
Cubiq is able to ship to any location in the world.
Enter in the shipping address and submit your order as you normally would. We will send you a quote based on standard ground/freight rates. Once you approve the quote, we will charge your credit card and prepare the shipment.

Shipping outside of a Cubiq service area will incur a cube purchase fee of $20 per cube. The fee is refundable on its return.

The most important thing that we can do is make sure that the items that you entrust to us are cared for. Your cubes will be secured with barcoded security seals before they are removed from your home.
Cubiq is the first provider to pioneer the use of securable distribution containers, coupled with barcodes, radio-frequency identification (RFID) tags and security seals.
Barcodes are used to identify a cube and the security seals that are used to lock it.
Security seals provide additional comfort in knowing that your cube has remained sealed from the time it was picked up to the time it is returned. They are used globally to ensure the protection of shipments. Banks use the same product in shipping currency between locations.
RFID tags are used to identify shipping containers, pallets and now your personal storage items using a scanner. It is like a barcode, but uses a UHF radio frequency "beam" to activate a chip that sends back a unique identification number to the receiver. We are using it as a means to automatically track cubes in the warehouse and when they are out for delivery. Additionally, RFID provide a level of redundancy so that there is always more than one way to identify a cube.
Our warehouses have 24 hour security surveillance, code access (either numeric pin or proximity card access), and locked and alarmed cages within. We use only "Multi-Lock" brand padlocks where applicable as they are hardened steel, cannot be picked or drilled and additional keys can only be ordered by one person who must provide a unique identification number.
Cubiq takes the security of your possessions very seriously. Our reputation depends on it.

We have multiple warehouses on the periphery of the city.
It allows us the flexibility to move items to facilities best equipped to handle them and allows us to overlap service areas. The security and safe transport of your possessions is our greatest concern.
All of our warehouses are temperature controlled with 24 hour video surveillance, motion detection, numeric keypad or proximity card access and require secure key access to individual areas once inside.

We think people should be rewarded for using the service.
Our pricing was designed with volume discounts in mind.
The more you store... the better the value.
As certain targets are met, all of the cubes in your account will be default to a lower price.
Volume discounts are made automatically at 8, 16 and 32 cubes

Sure! You will only be charged for the number of days that your items are in storage. Have your items delivered anytime, knowing full well that you are paying only for the space and time that you use.

Customers are provided cubes for FREE.
Our goal is to help you with your storage needs by helping you to have access to the things you own. Cubes help us be more efficient.

Cube rentals are $4 per cube or cube equivalent per month.
Cube rentals were designed around the needs of people that have the extra space, but are in need of high quality containers and access to the Cubiq platform

Customers that do not schedule pickup of their cubes within 7 days of receiving them are automatically billed at the rental rate. Keep them for as long as you require and your credit card will be charged monthly. Should you ever need them to be picked up and stored with Cubiq, you will be considered a full service customer and the cubes will be charged at the standard rate.

We think it stinks when people are charged a fee just to get an item out of storage.... So we include courtesy cube return credits with each plan.

You are eligible to receive free cube returns based on the number of cubes you have in your account.

For your convenience, here are the number of courtesy cube returns associated with your plan.

4 cubes - 1 free cube return/month
8 cubes - 2 free cube returns/month
16 cubes - 3 free cube returns/month

Additional cube returns are available at $10 per cube.

Simple. Your credit card will be charged $10 for every cube (or cube equivalent) above your monthly return credit.

Standard Cube Pricing:
4 cubes - 1 free cube return/month
8 cubes - 2 free cube returns/month
16 cubes - 3 free cube returns/month

Your credit card will be charged for the replacement cost of the cube. Presently, $20 for a standard cube.

All of our pricing, (storage and delivery) is based off of the size of a standard cube.
In the instances that we store something larger, it will be sized in terms of how may cubes could fit in the space that your item will occupy in the warehouse.

We automatically incorporate discounts based only on the number of items in storage.

Every cube will incur a minimum storage fee of 1 month. You can always request the return of a cube sooner, but the initial minimum is 1 month.
After the first month, you pay only for the number of days that your cubes are in storage.
The pricing plans that we have are intended to provide examples and to set levels to track cube return credits.
If you look a little deeper, you will notice that the pricing gets better as more items are added.
Volume discounts are built in.

Your credit card will be charged at the end of each month and or just prior to final delivery.

Cubiq believes that customers should be billed for services only AFTER they have been rendered. Standard practice in most space rental agreements is to pay in advance of service. We prefer to capture all transactions on a monthly basis and only after they have been received. The only exception to this rule is that an account must be current and payment remitted at the point that a delivery request is made.

Cubiq is a subscription service. We settle your account monthly. If we are not able to charge the credit card associated with your account, we will contact you and ask for and another card.

As a condition of use, your account must be up to date. You are only able to request a cube if your account is current. If you are unable to pay within three months, we will send you a notice indicating that you are in default and have 30 days to settle. After 30 days, we have the option at our discretion to sell, donate or dispose of the cubes associated with your account and cancel your subscription.
